1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Solana Community Airdrop website ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Solana Community Airdrop project ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

The Service provides an informational platform for participants of the Solana ecosystem to verify their eligibility for a community token distribution (airdrop). The Service includes:

Eligibility verification based on public on-chain data
Information about the airdrop criteria and distribution mechanism
A claim interface for eligible wallet addresses
Educational resources about blockchain safety and airdrop processes

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the airdrop, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in token distributions is prohibited by law
Meet the on-chain activity criteria as specified in the Eligibility Criteria section of the main site
Not be using a wallet flagged for Sybil attacks, wash trading, or other manipulative behavior

4. Wallet Interaction

When using the Service:

You provide your public Solana wallet address for eligibility verification only
We only read publicly available on-chain data associated with the provided address
We never ask for, collect, or store seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords
Token claims require a standard Solana transaction signature, which is initiated by you through your own wallet application

5. Token Distribution

Tokens distributed through the airdrop:

Are not securities, equity, or ownership stakes in any entity
Are distributed as community rewards for ecosystem participation
Have no guaranteed monetary value
Are sent directly to the eligible wallet address with no intermediary contracts
Carry a standard Solana network transaction fee (~0.000005 SOL)

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to manipulate eligibility through Sybil attacks or fraudulent activity
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in unintended ways
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your wallet ownership
Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the smart contract or website

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and UI design, is the property of the Solana Community Airdrop project or its licensors. The smart contract code is open source and available on GitHub under the applicable open-source license.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any losses arising from blockchain interactions, including failed transactions or network congestion
We are not responsible for any third-party wallet software or browser extensions
Total liability shall not exceed the value of tokens allocated to your wallet

9. Dispute Resolution

If you believe your wallet was incorrectly excluded from the airdrop, you may file a dispute through our GitHub Issues page. Disputes are reviewed within 72 hours, and resolutions are published publicly for transparency.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
